Here is a screenshot with measurements for an 8 foot high skull (it's about 5 feet wide). It's a mirror image so use the same measurements on the other side.

Don't know a good way to figure out the angles. If you attempt to build it, you'll probably have to play with the connections before tightening them down. Most of the orange faces are "almost" flat, but not perfect.
The only part that is perfectly flat is the rim around the base. Perhaps start there and build up.
